Proaction Fleet Programs

Program fees based on transaction value.

Across all Fleet Programs, Proaction's fee is calculated on transaction value. Your proposal specifies the fee rate and calculation basis. Each transaction separates the underlying service payment from Proaction's fee.

We estimate expected monthly program spend together, and you prepay that amount. Overages are invoiced; unused credits carry into the following month.

For maintenance, use your negotiated provider rate where available or the provider's standard rate. Proaction adds no additional out-of-network surcharge. The normal Fleet Program fee still applies.
